Ally Fanning was born and raised in Truro, Nova Scotia. Her athletic upbringing and early passion for health and movement led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University, graduating in 2018. During her studies, she was introduced to an osteopath whose approach to manual therapy broadened her perspective on health and inspired her to pursue further education in holistic care.
This path led Ally to complete a Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2020, where she graduated at the top of her class with a specialization in sports massage. Through this training she developed a strong foundation in anatomy, human performance, and advanced palpation skills while gaining valuable experience supporting individuals with a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns.
Motivated to deepen her understanding of the body’s interconnected systems, Ally continued her education with the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques in Halifax, where she completed five years of study with distinction in the manual practice of osteopathy. Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural ability to heal by improving mobility, circulation, and overall balance. In practice, Ally integrates her training in osteopathy, massage therapy, and movement science to provide individualized care that supports recovery, prevents injury, and promotes long-term well-being.
She has a particular professional interest in scar mobilization, visceral osteopathy, and cranial-sacral therapy, with a focus on restoring healthy tissue mobility and supporting the body’s natural capacity for regulation and healing.
Ally’s dedication to health and personal growth has also led her to pursue a 200-hour yoga teacher certification in India in 2019. She has long been involved in sport and recreation within the Truro community and remains passionate about helping people stay active and engaged in the activities they enjoy. Ally continues her involvement through coaching and participating in local sports, while also enjoying time outdoors and making memories with her husband, their animals, and her many beloved nieces and nephews.

Brandon Roach was born and raised in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia. His passion for health and movement developed through an active lifestyle and led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University graduating in 2018, where he built a strong foundation in human movement and the principles of supporting long-term physical health.
During his time at Dalhousie, Brandon explored various therapeutic modalities, but none quite resonated with his perspective on health. It wasn’t until he was introduced to osteopathy that everything clicked; he finally found an approach that mirrored his belief the the body is a truly integrated unit. He became fascinated by the interconnectedness of the body—how an issue in one area is often linked to a completely different system. This realization led him to the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques in Halifax. It was here that he could finally look at the whole picture rather than just isolated symptoms, completing a five-year Diploma in the Manual Practice of Osteopathy with distinction.
Brandon is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment, meeting each person where they are on their unique health journey. He is passionate about partnering with individuals who are motivated to take an active role in their well-being, helping them move with greater confidence and ease regardless of their starting point.
His approach focuses on improving mobility and addressing the underlying factors that contribute to dysfunction. He has a particular clinical interest in visceral osteopathy and craniosacral therapy, focusing on how the health of these systems supports the overall ability of the body to find balance. By integrating these principles with a movement-based understanding, he provides individualized care aimed at both recovery and long-term systemic health.
Outside of the clinic, Brandon has remained closely connected to his community through ongoing involvement in coaching, including paddling and football, which continues to inform his perspective on physical development and injury prevention. He enjoys hiking, strength training, and backcountry camping, as well as spending time outdoors with his partner and their dog, Jasper.
